You may request a refund within 30 days of purchasing a digital product, provided you applied the personalized guidance we shared. If it still isn't working for your family, we'll happily refund you.
Refund requests submitted after 30 days from the original purchase date are not eligible.
We may deny refunds in cases of repeated refund requests, policy abuse, or evidence of unauthorized sharing of digital content.
Subscription cancellations are governed by the Subscription Terms outlined in our Terms of Use. Your membership renews automatically each billing period. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time, except where required by law.
If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we'll review it on a case-by-case basis.
The RaiseCalm app is available on iOS and Android. In-app purchases and subscriptions made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are governed by their respective refund policies. For purchases made directly through RaiseCalm, our standard digital product refund terms apply.

Bundle refunds follow the policy of the primary product in the bundle. If the bundle includes a physical deck, physical product terms apply. If it is digital-only, digital terms apply.
