If you're not happy with your deck, you can return it within 90 days of purchase for a full refund — but we ask that you give it a real try first.
To qualify:
✅ Use the deck consistently for at least 14 days within 90 days of purchase.
✅ Email us at [email protected] with your order number and tell us: which activities you tried, what your child's response was, and what didn't feel effective for your family.
✅ We'll offer personalized support first. If it still isn't working, we'll share the return address.
Step 1: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and experience.
Step 2: Send the deck back in its original condition within 14 days of approval (we'll share the return address in our reply).
Step 3: Once it arrives, we'll issue your refund — no interrogations, no pressure.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Items that arrive damaged, excessively worn, or incomplete may not qualify for a full refund.

We may decline refund requests where there is evidence of policy abuse or repeated refund patterns.

Because digital tools are available instantly, we ask that you try them before requesting a refund. Parenting tools aren't instant fixes — but they do help when given a fair opportunity.

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchasing a digital product, provided you applied the personalized guidance we shared. If it still isn't working for your family, we'll happily refund you.
Refund requests submitted after 30 days from the original purchase date are not eligible.
We may deny refunds in cases of repeated refund requests, policy abuse, or evidence of unauthorized sharing of digital content.
Calm Together Parent Circle is a recurring monthly subscription that begins with a 7-day free trial when you order a Big Emotions Deck or another product from our store. Because subscription terms are different from one-time digital and physical products, the following rules apply:
Free Trial Period. Your 7-day free trial begins on your order date. No charge is made during this period. You may cancel anytime during the trial through your account at raisecalm.com/account or by emailing [email protected]. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
First Monthly Charge After Trial. If you do not cancel before the end of your 7-day free trial, your payment method will be charged the then-current monthly subscription fee (currently $9.99/month). This first monthly charge is non-refundable. By allowing your trial to convert, you acknowledge you've had access to the membership and accept that this charge cannot be reversed.
Recurring Monthly Charges. After your first paid month, your subscription renews automatically each billing period until canceled. All monthly subscription fees are final and non-refundable, including charges for partial billing periods or unused time. We do not issue prorated refunds.
Cancellation. You may cancel anytime through your account or by emailing [email protected]. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then.
Billing Errors. If you believe you were charged due to a documented error (for example, you canceled but were still billed), email [email protected] within 7 days of the charge with your account details. Legitimate billing errors will be corrected. Charges resulting from failure to cancel before renewal are not considered errors and are non-refundable.
Chargebacks. By subscribing, you agree to contact RaiseCalm support before initiating a chargeback. Initiating a chargeback on a properly disclosed and authorized subscription charge may result in account suspension and loss of access to all RaiseCalm products and services.
The RaiseCalm app is available on iOS and Android. In-app purchases and subscriptions made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are governed by their respective refund policies. For purchases made directly through RaiseCalm, our standard digital product refund terms apply.
If you experience technical issues with the app, contact [email protected] before requesting a refund — most issues can be resolved quickly.
Bundle refunds follow the policy of the primary product in the bundle. If the bundle includes a physical deck, physical product terms apply. If it is digital-only, digital terms apply.
As RaiseCalm expands into new product categories — including additional parenting tools, printables, and physical products — each new product will include its own clearly stated refund terms on the product page. Our core commitment remains the same: if something isn't working for your family, we want to make it right.
